The first night was rough but Saturday and Sunday went very well. I’m glad that we went. We’re going to sign up for the heavy lifting follow up and start on it tomorrow night. Tonight we attended one of the zooms and I’m looking forward to the podcasts, too.

I was pleasantly surprised with the entire weekend and counselors. I was really hesitant to go, my defenses were lowered immediately by the counselors introduction of themselves. Still a lot of work ahead, but gave us a huge jump start.

The weekend was great! My wife and I are familiar with many topics that were discussed, however it was a good reminder and helpful for us both to put them into practice. Also, learning each other’s fears and reactions was very insightful.

This weekend was exactly what we needed to restart our marriage! Our coaches were awesome! Best counseling/training I’ve ever been to! Top notch material, facility, atmosphere, food, snacks, merch., and care! I would highly recommend it to other couples. I look forward to continuing the heavy lifting over the next 15 weeks and beyond.

We are doing well. Actually had our first small disagreement last night and then we did a heart talk and avoided the silent treatment that usually ensues. I do feel like we are connecting more and are in a good spot in our marriage.
