Todd is particularly interested in helping people quit struggling with sexually related issues. Todd has left a 20-year career in Pastoral Ministry to focus more on Coaching and living out an adventurous life. He’s been married for 30+ years.

Randy Copp

Randy has been involved in men’s ministry most of his Christian walk of 50 years. He and his wife have been actively supporting and working with couples over that time as well. Since 2015 he has trained and worked as a Men’s Sexual Purity Coach and Group Recovery Leader. Since 2015 he has also worked with wife, Lynette, as coaches for marriage intensives primarily with Marriage Hub. Randy’s passion is to work with men that struggle with sexual integrity, or any other unhealthy behavior, in their lives and seek to restore their relationship with their God, spouse and others on their journey to become all God created them to be.

Randy and Lynette Copp

Randy and Lynette have been married for more than 50 years. Together they have over 80 years of combined experience between Lynette being a clinical counselor and Randy leading many men’s purity and recovery groups. Lynette’s background and knowledge comes from being a clinical counselor for over 20 years. She has had experience from counseling military and their families, troubled youth, to leading women’s support groups and individual healing and couple’s issue. Lynette’s passion for helping marriages become happy and whole comes from her own journey of 50 years of marriage and desiring to see others learn and grow through their own trials and joys of marriage. Lynette and husband Randy have been involved leading marriage intensive for the past 8 years. Her coaching style is to provide a safe environment that promotes openness and vulnerability.

Todd and Jean Roberts

Todd and Jean are at a great place in their own 30+ year marriage journey right now. They are passionate about creating a safe, Christ-centered space to help couples work through the delicate and painful issues of disconnection in marriage. They spent many of their own years experiencing emotional and sexual disconnection. While everything “looked good on the outside” there was a lot of loneliness, frustration, misunderstanding, and avoidance going on. Todd and Jean are very comfortable discussing the most personal and difficult topics without adding judgement or shame. They want to help you define and achieve your future goals together. Melody has over 10 years’ experience as a clinical counselor helping people work through depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. She and her husband Ray have been married 35+ years. God used family struggles to help them see their need to work intentionally on their marriage. They use their life experience and biblical knowledge to help couples prepare for marriage, tune up their marriages, and find tools to bring healing and restoration to couples who face challenges. She is passionate about helping and others and beginning the healing process!

Ray and Melody have been married for 35+ years. God used challenges in their marriage to show the need for intentional work. Ray has been married to his wife Melody for 35+ years. As they were raising their family, they fell into traditional gender roles in their relationship. When the children left home, they realized they had lost connection and their relationship was on the rocks. God helped Ray see they needed to rebuild their relationship. Over the next few years, they asked God to heal their marriage and transform it into a relationship that honors Him. Ray is now in his fourth year of coaching couples at the Marriage Hub. Ray is passionate about helping couples deepen their marriage relationship and finding the joy God wants them to have in marriage.

John and Pat Hazelwood

John and Pat have been married for over 43 years. They are the proud parents of nine children. Six of them are married and they currently have 16 grandchildren. They have been Marriage Coaches for the last 30+ years. Their focus has been on pre-marital couples and couples in crisis. They are also marriage coaches for missionaries. Both with education backgrounds, they bring a solid evidence-based approach that focuses on building strong resilient relationships.

Pat Hazelwood

Pat and her husband John have spent the last 30+ years impacting the lives of pre-marital and married couples while raising their 9 beautiful children. Now 6 are married and they are blessed with 16 grandbabies. In 2016, Pat left her position as an Early Childhood Director and Consultant to pursue her passion of coaching and empowering women. She has written a book entitled “The Prodigal Marriage” along with a 9-week small group study. Her desire is to equip wives and mothers to focus on their strengths, sure up their weaknesses, and prepare to move forward with whatever obstacles they face with perseverance and hope.

Todd retired in June 2023 after serving for 29 years in Pastoral Ministry and pastoral counseling with couples. He is a certified life coach providing him an opportunity to continue to serve people. He has a strong passion for walking with couples and individuals on their journey to find hope, healing, renewal and life transformation. He does this through the process of self-discovery, so the couple understands who they are and how God has wired them, as well as by identifying obstacles and challenges that are preventing the couple from moving forward. he believes in God’s transforming power that moves a couple towards forgiveness, restoration, and reconciliation. Todd has been married for 35 years. He and his wife have faced many challenges and hardships over their 35 years of marriage including the loss of a child, major career change, personal health issues, and mental health related issues. They have experienced God’s sustaining grace, comfort and strength, and strongly desire for couples to experience this as well. They believe in the refining value of suffering and hardship, holding on to the enduring hope found through their faith in Jesus Christ. Todd’s welcoming approach to coaching provides a nonjudgmental, safe space for a creative journey of self-discovery and growth.
