Randy has been involved in men’s ministry most of his Christian walk of 50 years. He and his wife have been actively supporting and working with couples over that time as well. Since 2015 he has trained and worked as a Men’s Sexual Purity Coach and Group Recovery Leader. Since 2015 he has also worked with wife, Lynette, as coaches for marriage intensives primarily with Marriage Hub. Randy’s passion is to work with men that struggle with sexual integrity, or any other unhealthy behavior, in their lives and seek to restore their relationship with their God, spouse and others on their journey to become all God created them to be.

Ray has been married to his wife Melody for 35+ years. As they were raising their family, they fell into traditional gender roles in their relationship. When the children left home, they realized they had lost connection and their relationship was on the rocks. God helped Ray see they needed to rebuild their relationship. Over the next few years, they asked God to heal their marriage and transform it into a relationship that honors Him. Ray is now in his fourth year of coaching couples at the Marriage Hub. Ray is passionate about helping couples deepen their marriage relationship and finding the joy God wants them to have in marriage.

John and Pat have been married for over 43 years. They are the proud parents of nine children. Six of them are married and they currently have 16 grandchildren. They have been Marriage Coaches for the last 30+ years. Their focus has been on pre-marital couples and couples in crisis. They are also marriage coaches for missionaries. Both with education backgrounds, they bring a solid evidence-based approach that focuses on building strong resilient relationships.

Pat and her husband John have spent the last 30+ years impacting the lives of pre-marital and married couples while raising their 9 beautiful children. Now 6 are married and they are blessed with 16 grandbabies. In 2016, Pat left her position as an Early Childhood Director and Consultant to pursue her passion of coaching and empowering women. She has written a book entitled “The Prodigal Marriage” along with a 9-week small group study. Her desire is to equip wives and mothers to focus on their strengths, sure up their weaknesses, and prepare to move forward with whatever obstacles they face with perseverance and hope.

Both Robert and Naomi started here as Marriage Hub Certified Intensive Specialists and quickly advanced to lead close to 20 Marriage Intensive retreats annually for The Marriage Hub! Robert is now the Director of Traditional Marriage Coaching and Naomi is part of the Coaching and Intake Staff here at The Marriage Hub. They have both worked with and mentored couples for over 15 years, together!
