Ministry Details:
The Marriage Hub is a division of House on the Rock Family Ministries a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation. We are an evangelical Christian mission serving couples who are in marital crisis through our Marriage Hub Intensives. We see couples come to our intensives ready to separate and over 85% of them leave ready to work on restoring their marriages.
Job Summary:
Lead Coaching couples facilitate our three day intensives; and are responsible for guiding / teaching / coaching up to three client couples throughout the weekend. They are proactive in building connection with these couples and make themselves available for one on one interactions when requested.
Leadership Responsibilities:
Prepare for the intensive by reading the couples questionnaires to become familiar with their marital situations. Arrive early … set up the meeting space … greet clients … seek to build connection … lead and oversee the entire intensive experience which includes teaching the Marriage Hub curriculum, moderating the interaction of client couples and the issues they bring to the table.

Salary and benefits:
This is a part-time position with no benefits. Starting salaries will be negotiated. We do not let our Lead Coaches facilitate more than 2 intensives per month.
