We aren’t looking for perfect couples. We’re looking for couples who are healthy, growing, and able to lead together.
Strong candidates:
- Preferably have been married 10+ years.
- Have a healthy marriage and work well as a team.
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and are actively involved in a Bible-teaching church.
- Can affirm The Marriage Hub’s doctrinal statement.
- Are emotionally mature, approachable, and comfortable navigating difficult conversations.
- Communicate clearly, listen well, and enjoy helping people.
- Have the stamina for an intensive three-day weekend.
Previous ministry, teaching, small-group, marriage mentoring, counseling, or coaching experience is helpful, but you do not need to know how to lead an Intensive before applying. We will train you.
This is a paid, part-time ministry role.
Trained couples are expected to lead a minimum of 4 intensives per year, with a maximum of 2x per month.
