It was a powerful weekend – very emotional, exhausting, tiring AND a very real step towards renewed commitment and healing. My wife did not want to be there, and she made this clear but by the end she felt surrounded by love, truth and encouragement. She told me she could relate to what the coaches exhorted us to do…put a stake down and only look forward from here on out. All 4 leaders were amazing. We felt privileged to have an additional help couple and they both brought so much insight, understanding and comic relief, to the Intensive. My whole prayer was for this weekend to be a pivot point for both of us.
The pain and the struggles are still ahead but we both can see a LIGHT to follow together.
The B&B was really nice! We loved all the snacks during the sessions!
