It was so good! I can’t rave enough about our time… we really learned skills we will have life long that have really helped us… we connected on a deeper level and it got deep fast – especially because our leaders were so open with us about their lives which set the stage for all of us to be open. I loved how God also really connected us with the other couple – all the men had the same love language and all the women but we also just understood each other. The other woman and I would just give each other a look that said “I understand, I got you” so many times.
Since, coming back we have heard each other better, used the heart talk… feel more connected and safe. Of course we only have the power to change ourselves and our reactions.
So Incredibly thankful for your ministry, for our coaches, for the people who prayed, for those who helped us to afford the cost. All glory to God – he used all of you in powerful ways and I am SO, SO thankful! We really needed this!
